Lol a F&F quote seriously??? I've been wanting to get rid of it from time to time but i've invested way to much into it. It's only worth maybe 500 on eBay but i've got over 1500 in it so far and still don't even have the head done yet. I estimate around 8k to finish it exactly how I want it. Torque Monster lol.

Lol probably end up being a 1.5JZ I can't make up my mind. I have the parts for both. (basically have a supra parts yard at my place after owning 5 of the little bastards). Got a sweet deal on some 550cc injectors but they can't get me to 600hp so i'll probably resell them.

Yeh turbos n injectors off the jdm were junk. 550cc can do 500 safely tho

Only 1jz turbos are junk. 2J's came with 550cc stock. On stock twins you could easily get 400hp just by turning up the boost.

Yeh but didn't the 2jz turbos in japan come with cermic exhaust turbines that wud splode at too high a boost?

As far as I know only 1jz's came with the ceramic turbos. I'll research it some more as i;m not 100% sure. I have a set here i've been meaning to find a use for. Actually have a whole 1jz topend here lol.
